Position Description:
n You will play a key role in expanding and delivering clinical services, with direct patient interaction and collaboration across a diverse and experienced health team.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

Dispensing medications accurately and compliantly

n

Delivering Foundational Services, and Allied Health Services

n

Supporting the Health Focus Calendar and HBF Alliance programs

n

Providing immunisations, medication reviews, and health education

n

Contributing to team training, service implementation, and business goals

n

Participating in a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and professionalism

n

Position Requirements:

n

Current AHPRA registration as a pharmacist

n

Completion of (or willingness to undertake) service training

n

PSA or Guild immunisation accreditation (preferred)

n

Strong communication skills and clinical judgement

n

Committed to delivering person-centred care in a team-based environment

n

Detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to grow professionally

n

Availability for a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
