Job Description
Collaborate with department managers to clarify job requirements, draft and publish job advertisements.
n
Source candidates, screen resumes, arrange interviews, communicate interview feedback and conduct offer negotiation follow-up.
n
Complete candidate background check arrangements as required.
n
Employee Lifecycle Administration
n
Handle transfer, promotion, probation assessment, resignation, termination formalities.
n
Maintain accurate employee information database and staff personal archives.
n
Attendance, Leave & Labour Administration
n
Monitor daily attendance, review leave applications, track overtime records and coordinate with finance team for payroll data submission.
n
Answer employee enquiries on leave policy, social insurance, advantages and labour terms.
n
Training & Performance Support
n
Assist in organizing internal training activities, including scheduling,
venue arrangement, participant registration and training records filing.
n
Support the annual performance appraisal process: distribute appraisal forms, collect results and sort performance documents.
n
Employee Relations & Compliance
n
Maintain positive communication with employees, collect staff feedback and mediate minor workplace disputes.
n
Keep updated on local labour laws; ensure all HR procedures comply with statutory requirements.
n
Communicate and promote company HR policies to all staff.
n
Administer employee welfare activities, staff events and corporate culture initiatives.
n
Complete regular HR reports, HR data statistics and ad-hoc tasks assigned by HR Manager.
