Currently in our 20th year of operation, Tranzworks has built lasting relationships across the transport industry, supplying a diverse fleet to some of Australia's largest blue chip organisations and best-known names in logistics.

Operating from our modern facility in Dandenong South, Tranzworks is in a period of genuine growth, and we're looking for an experienced Fleet Controller to join our busy Operations team.

We run a well-established despatch and tracking system, and you'll be working alongside a close-knit, experienced team that's always on the move. No two days look the same - expect a fast pace, real variety, and constant engagement with both drivers and customers.

This is a role within a highly capable Operations team that knows the business inside out and is looking for someone ready to match that standard and grow with it. A generous salary is on offer, commensurate with the role.

About you

- Experience as a Fleet Controller, with solid knowledge across a range of vehicle types
n
- Comfortable juggling varied tasks - customer service, driver and client engagement, and general administration
n
- Punctual, reliable and flexible, with a genuine appetite for new challenges
n
- Sharp attention to detail and comfortable managing shifting priorities
n
- Customer and fleet focused, with pride in delivering a excellent experience on both fronts
n
- Confident with Microsoft Office, and experienced with TMS/despatch systems and the fleet control and customer service process
