Bayside Medical Suites are seeking experienced Medical Receptionists to join our Hampton-based practice. Monday to Friday.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional front-line customer service and administrative support to our patients and healthcare team. This is an excellent prospect to work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment and contribute to the smooth running of our medical practice.

What you'll be doing

n

Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

n

Scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling telephone inquiries

n

Assisting with the coordination of patient referrals and follow-up appointments

n

Providing general administrative support, such as photocopying, filing, and data entry

n

Maintaining a clean and organized reception area

n

Ensuring compliance with practice policies and procedures

n

Collaborating with the medical team to provide the best possible patient experience

n

What we're looking for

n

Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar customer service role within a healthcare setting

n

Minimum of 1-2 years of medical receptionist experience is required

n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients,



healthcare professionals, and colleagues in a warm and empathetic manner

n

Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

n

Proficiency in using medical practice management software and other standard office software

n

Experience with Best Practice medical practice management software and HOT DOC is required

n

A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

n

A commitment to providing high-quality patient care and upholding the values of the practice

n

Part time positions require a minimum of 25-30 hours per week.
