StretchLab is the world leader in one‐on‐one assisted stretching, helping clients improve flexibility, mobility, and recovery through guided stretch sessions with our expert Flexologists. Our Hawthorn studio is part of a fast‐growing global boutique fitness community, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

About the role

n

As our Sales Associate, you'll run the front desk, sell memberships, and help create a welcoming, high‐energy studio experience from the moment members walk in. You'll aim to sell 10 memberships a month, working closely with the Studio Owner to hit studio targets while keeping the space spotless and members feeling looked after.

What you'll do

n

n
- Greet and welcome members, and introduce first‐timers to their Flexologist
n
- Sell memberships and packages, aiming for 10+ current memberships a month
n
- Handle sales calls and follow‐ups with prospective members
n
- Manage prospects and members through ClubReady, our studio booking system
n




- Get involved in grassroots marketing initiatives to bring new members through the door
n
- Keep the studio, and equipment clean and presentation‐ready, including washing and folding towels
n
- Build a strong working knowledge of the StretchLab brand, stretching techniques, and studio safety policies
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- A genuine passion for boutique fitness, stretching, mobility, and flexibility
n
- Sales experience preferred, but a willingness to learn is just as important
n
- An outgoing, empathetic communicator who can build rapport fast
n
- Great negotiation skills and comfort asking for the sale
n
- A well‐groomed, professional presentation — you'll wear one StretchLab‐branded item each shift (provided)
n
- Someone who creates a positive, welcoming environment for all members
n
