Job Description

1. Packaging Artwork Project Coordination

n

Coordinate the development and update of product artwork, packaging, labels, and marketing materials.

n

Manage artwork timelines to ensure projects meet production and customer launch schedules.

n

Track multiple artwork projects simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met.

n

2. Artwork Review & Approval

n

Ensure packaging artwork complies with brand guidelines, product specifications, customer brief and regulatory requirements.

n

Maintain version control and approval records for all artwork.

n

3. Collaboration with Designers & Suppliers

n

Work with customers/graphic designers and printers to ensure packaging artwork files meet technical specifications.

n





Liaise with customers/suppliers and printers to ensure correct file formats and print readiness.

n

4. Documentation & File Management

n

Maintain organised records of artwork files, approvals, and revisions.

n

Manage artwork databases.

n

Ensure final artwork files are stored and accessible for production use.

n

5. Quality & Compliance

n

Verify artwork accuracy including product information, barcodes, ingredients, legal statements, and branding.

n

Ensure packaging artwork meets regulatory standards and labelling requirements where applicable.
