About the role

- 0.4 FTE (30.4 hours per fortnight)

This role is one of 3 LLEW Development Facilitator positions the Collective is recruiting for right now. This one is dedicated to the Family Carer LLEW.
n
The Collective is seeking an organised, enthusiastic facilitator to play a key role in the development and delivery of training for the Family Carer LLE workforce.
n
You will:
n
n
- Support the administration, development,
delivery and facilitation of training for the Family Carer LLE workforce
n
- Draw on your own family/carer lived experience to shape training content and Communities of Practice specifically for family and carer LLE workers
n
- Work collaboratively across the Collective's Mental Health, AOD, Harm Reduction, Family/Carer and Consumer LLE Workforce discipline frameworks
n
- Support the development and delivery of relevant LLEW Communities of Practice
n
- Plan and coordinate logistics for on-site and off-site training and events
n
- Maintain accurate records and support data tracking and reporting
n
n
About you

This is a Family Carer lived and living experience designated role.
n
You will bring:

- Strong training development and delivery skills
n
- Organisational and time management skills
n
- Confidence working with multiple stakeholders
n
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
n
- The ability to work independently and take initiative
n
