Perfect Gym is a cloud-based leisure management platform trusted by 130+ fitness chains across 55+ countries, including 14 of Europe's top 30 chains. Part of the Sport Alliance group (headquartered in Hamburg, alongside Magicline, Finion and MySports), we've been supporting the Australian and New Z market from our Melbourne office since 2016.

Our Customer Care team just posted a CSAT score above 98% - and we're looking for someone to join this close-knit, high-performing group and support our PG software suite.

What you'll be doing

n

Handling client support tickets in Zendesk across SMB and Key Account queues

n

Providing phone support via Zendesk Talk, including start-of-day checks and international calls

n

Investigating issues using SQL Server (from SELECT-level queries upward)

n

Searching logs in Kibana/Elastic to trace API errors and payment failures

n

Raising and tracking bugs in Jira with explicit reproduction steps

n

Maintaining knowledge base documentation in Confluence

n

Supporting hardware, POS,



and access control queries

n

Gaining exposure to implementation, onboarding, and customer success as projects arise

n

What we're looking for

n

A customer-first mindset with excellent verbal and written English

n

Robust technical problem-solving skills and attention to detail

n

A logical, organised approach to relating technical issues to real-world impact

n

Willingness to learn and work autonomously

n

Nice to have

n

Experience in application/technical support, ideally SaaS

n

Familiarity with Zendesk, Jira, or Confluence (or similar tools)

n

SQL/relational database experience — the deeper your experience, the better

n

Exposure to Kibana/Elastic or similar log tools

n

Fitness, aquatic, or leisure industry background

On-site at our Westmeadows office (close to Melbourne Airport), with remote work available Australia-wide for the right candidate. Open to Australian residents only.
