We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Lead Hand to join our growing Sydney team.

n

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a motivated electrician who thrives on leading from the front, mentoring others, and delivering high-quality project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Supervise and lead a team of electricians and apprentices on‐site to ensure safe and productive project delivery
n
- Coordinate daily work activities, resources, and materials to meet project timelines and milestones
n
- Interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and project specifications to guide installation works
n
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with Australian standards, WHS requirements, and company procedures
n
- Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and support to the team during installation and commissioning
n
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution and communication
n

Who You Are

- A licensed electrician with proven experience leading teams on industrial or commercial electrical projects
n
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop team members
n
- Highly organised with strong problem‐solving skills and attention to detail
n
- Confident in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and specifications
n
- Committed to safety, quality workmanship, and continuous improvement
n
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
