As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at GYG, you'll be trusted to:

- Support the Restaurant Manager in leading and developing a high-performing team, setting the standard for quality, speed and guest experience.

- Drive operational excellence across all shifts, ensuring food quality, safety and service standards are consistently delivered.
