Our client is a well-established and growing business seeking a motivated Sales & Customer Service Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, identifying sales opportunities, and working in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

As the first point of contact for customers, you'll manage inbound enquiries, prepare quotes, process orders, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. If you enjoy building relationships and have a proactive approach to sales, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to inbound customer calls and enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
n
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
n
- Identify sales opportunities and prepare customer quotations.
n
- Process customer orders and requests efficiently and accurately.
n
- Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM system.
n
- Resolve customer enquiries and issues with a solutions-focused approach.
n
- Build strong relationships with customers through outstanding service.
n
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve sales and service objectives.
n
- Meet individual performance targets and contribute to team success.

Skills & ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Previous experience in customer service, internal sales, or a similar role.
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
n
- The ability to identify sales opportunities and confidently prepare quotations.
n
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
n
- A proactive, customer-focused attitude.
n
- Strong computer skills and experience using CRM systems (Salesforce experience highly regarded).
n
- The ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy workplace.
n
- A reliable, qualified, and team-oriented approach.
n
- Experience within the HVAC, building services, electrical, plumbing, or trade-related industries will be highly regarded.
