Job Description

Shift4 (formerly Smartpay) in Australia seeks a POS & Payments Technician to provide Tier 3 support for EFTPOS and POS products. You will handle in office installations from start to finish and deliver ongoing technical support to customers.

This role is based in our CBD office with some customer onsite visits across Sydney metro and regional areas to ensure the best possible experience.
