We're looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to join one of Australia's largest enterprise technology teams, leading the delivery of innovative Data & AI initiatives that are transforming how the business uses analytics, automation and Generative AI.

n

Working within a high-performing Data & AI function, you'll lead cross-functional squads delivering complex technology initiatives from concept through to production, while helping shape the future of AI capability across the organisation.

n

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Data & AI initiatives
n
- Manage scope, budgets, timelines, risks and dependencies across multiple projects
n
- Partner with engineering, data, analytics and business teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
n
- Drive Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement
n
- Provide clear delivery reporting and stakeholder communication at all levels
n
- Coach and mentor engineers while fostering a high-performing team culture
n
- Help define AI delivery roadmaps and contribute to strategic planning
n

What we're looking for

n





You'll be an experienced Delivery Lead or Technical Project Manager who enjoys working in highly team-oriented environments and can confidently balance technical delivery with stakeholder management.

n

You'll bring:

n

n
- Strong experience delivering complex technology projects using Agile methodologies
n
- Exposure to Data, Analytics or AI initiatives
n
- Experience managing cross-functional delivery teams
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and delivery forecasts
n
- The ability to manage competing priorities across multiple initiatives
n
- Previous people leadership or mentoring experience
n

Highly regarded:

n

n
- Experience working with Data Engineering, Analytics or AI platforms
n
- Previous technical background as a Developer, Engineer, Business Analyst or similar
n
