Ridgewood Powder Coating is currently seeking reliable and hardworking General Labourers and Sandblasters to join our growing teams at our Narangba and Brendale facilities.

These are hands‐on roles in a busy manufacturing environment, supporting powder coating operations from start to finish. Whether you have experience or are looking to start a career in the industry, we provide training for the right people who are eager to learn.

Your Responsibilities
n

- Hanging and preparing products for powder coating
n
- Sandblasting and surface preparation
n
- Wrapping, packing and preparing completed orders for dispatch
n
- Loading and unloading materials
n
- Assisting powder coaters and production staff
n
- General factory and workshop duties
n
- Maintaining a clean, protected and organised work environment
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
- Previous experience in manufacturing, powder coating, sandblasting or a similar industry is advantageous but not essential
n
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
n
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
n
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
n
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
n
- Forklift licence is an advantage (but not essential)
n
