About the Role
n
We're looking for a Delivery Lead (Project Manager) to join our team and lead a series of technology migration and upgrade projects. This role is hands-on and cooperative, working across teams to coordinate logistics, manage stakeholders, and ensure smooth delivery of key initiatives. You'll report to Adrian and play a central role in planning, tracking, and transitioning services, while keeping everything aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Lead delivery of multiple technology and workspace projects, including:
n
- (Windows 10 to Windows 11 SOE refresh
n
- Device refresh as part of Windows 11 SOE refresh
n
- Meeting room upgrades across our offices
n
- Migration from Serraview to Cisco Spaces
n
- Implementation of new Visitor Management System)
n
- Manage project planning, scheduling, and service transition activities
n
- Coordinate with internal teams, building management, and external vendors
n
- Track project progress, financials, and benefits realisation
n
- Prepare and present updates to the Project Steering Committee (PSC)
n
- Oversee communications, stakeholder engagement, and change management
n
- Use JIRA boards to manage tasks, timelines, and team coordination
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
n
- Experience in project delivery, coordination, or change management
n
- Familiarity with JIRA and agile delivery tools
n
- Excellent time management and scheduling abilities
n
- Understanding of technology environments and service transition
n
- Ability to manage budgets, POs, and vendor relationships
n
n
