We are seeking a Software Engineer specialising in artificial intelligence systems and automation to design, develop and maintain software applications that support our property advisory, client-management and internal business operations.
n
About The Role
n
The Software Engineer - AI Systems and Automation will develop and integrate software solutions incorporating artificial intelligence, data-processing and workflow-automation capabilities.
n
The role will work with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and translate them into secure, reliable and maintainable software applications.
n
The successful applicant will contribute to software supporting areas such as property-data processing, document analysis, client and property matching, CRM integration, internal knowledge systems and workflow automation.
n
This is a hands‐on software engineering position involving application design, programming, testing, deployment, integration, technical documentation and ongoing system improvement.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Analyse business and user requirements and prepare software specifications and technical designs.
n
- Design, develop,
test and maintain internal software applications supporting property research, client management and business operations.
n
- Develop backend services, APIs and data‐processing components using appropriate software‐development frameworks.
n
- Integrate artificial intelligence and machine‐learning services into existing and newly developed business applications.
n
- Develop software tools for processing structured and unstructured property, client and business data.
n
- Build and maintain document‐analysis, information‐retrieval and workflow‐automation solutions.
n
- Integrate internally developed applications with CRM platforms, databases and other business systems.
n
- Write clean, secure, maintainable and well‐documented program code.
n
- Conduct software testing, debugging, troubleshooting and performance optimisation.
n
- Deploy, monitor and maintain software applications in development and production environments.
n
- Identify system risks and implement appropriate controls relating to security, reliability, privacy and data handling.
n
- Maintain source‐control, technical documentation and software‐development records.
n
- Work collaboratively with management and operational teams to implement practical technology solutions.
n
- Provide technical support and continuously improve deployed software systems.
n
n
Required Qualifications And Experience
n
n
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence or a closely related field.
n
- At least one year of relevant qualified experience in software development,
including the development or integration of AI‐enabled applications.
n
- Demonstrated programming experience using Python, JavaScript, TypeScript or comparable programming languages.
n
- Experience developing backend services and APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, Node.js or similar.
n
- Experience designing, developing, testing and maintaining software applications.
n
- Experience integrating artificial intelligence, machine‐learning or large‐language‐model services into software applications.
n
- Understanding of relational or non‐relational databases, data‐processing workflows and system integration.
n
- Experience using source‐control tools such as Git.
n
- Strong analytical, technical troubleshooting and problem‐solving skills.
n
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and work collaboratively with non‐technical business stakeholders.
n
n
Desirable Skills
n
n
- Experience developing retrieval‐augmented generation, document‐analysis or knowledge‐retrieval applications.
n
- Experience with conversational AI, automation systems or AI‐enabled client‐service tools.
n
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
n
- Knowledge of vector databases, model deployment, application monitoring and secure software‐development practices.
n
- Experience integrating software with CRM or enterprise business platforms.
n
