What you'll be doing:

- Managing building construction and upgrade projects from planning through to handover
n
- Overseeing consultants, contractors, procurement, tendering and contract administration
n
- Managing project scope, budgets, risks, timelines and stakeholder expectations
n
- Leading project teams and ensuring successful project outcomes
n
- Preparing reports and maintaining project documentation and governance requirements
n

We're looking for someone with:

n

n
- Client-side construction project management experience
n
- Strong knowledge of capital works and building projects
n
- Experience managing consultants and contractors
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
- Qualifications in Building, Construction, Project Management or a related field
n

n
