Randstad is partnering with a progressive local government agency to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist Consultant for a 3-month contract. The role focuses on improving recruitment timeframes, governance, and the candidate journey, with a cooperative, change‐oriented approach.

You will work with the internal recruitment team from advertisement through onboarding, review processes, and deliver a gap analysis and roadmap for future improvements, with a supportive hybrid working arrangement.
