What You'll Be Doing

As the Store Manager,



you'll be the driving force behind the store's success — leading your team, building strong customer relationships, and maintaining operational excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow

- Leading, training, and motivating team members

- Overseeing merchandising, inventory, and store presentation

- Maintaining exceptional customer experience standards

- Executing store-level marketing and promotional initiatives

- Reporting performance and ensuring targets are met
