Role Overview

n

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analystwho can do far more than produce reports.

n

This position will play a pivotal role in defining and driving the organisation's reporting direction, ensuring stakeholders have access to meaningful, actionable, and business-focused insights.

n

You will partner with senior leaders, business stakeholders, and technical teams to establish reporting frameworks, develop KPI methodologies, and deliver high-impact dashboards that drive strategic decision-making.

n

The role will also be heavily involved in business intelligence transformation initiatives, including the migration and optimisation of reporting capabilities between Tableauand Power BI.

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Extensive experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence,



or Performance Reporting roles
n
- Ability to engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
n
- Demonstrated experience setting reporting direction and influencing enterprise reporting strategies
n
- Proven experience delivering Tableau-to-Power BI migration programsor similar BI transformation initiatives
n
- Advanced Power BIskills, including dashboard development, visualisation design, and stakeholder-focused reporting
n
- Strong Tableau expertisewith experience managing, enhancing, or migrating reporting environments
n
- Advanced SQL skillsacross data extraction, transformation, and analysis
n
- Solid understanding of KPI frameworks, performance measurement, and business reporting
n
- Excellent data storytellingand insight generationcapabilities
n
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to connect data insights with business outcomes
n
- Experience working with enterprise data platforms and modern analytics ecosystems
n
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously
n
