What you'll be doing

n

n
- Manage up to 10 custom home builds from site start through to handover.
n
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site activities to keep projects on schedule.
n
- Monitor quality, safety and compliance across all sites.
n
- Liaise with clients throughout the build process.
n
- Work closely with the Construction Manager and internal office team to ensure projects run smoothly.
n
- Maintain construction schedules.
n
- Resolve site issues quickly to minimise delays and maintain build quality.
n
- Be prepared for early starts and 10-hour days. Construction doesn't operate on office hours, and you'll need to be available to coordinate trades,



respond to site issues and keep projects progressing.

What we're looking for

n

n
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Supervisor in volume new home construction.
n
- Custom home experience is essential.
n
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence.
n
- Trade qualification, ideally Carpentry.
n
- Strong planning, scheduling and communication skills.
n
- High attention to detail with a genuine focus on quality.
n
- Ability to build and maintain solid relationships with trades and suppliers.
n
