This is an outstanding opportunity for an Architectural Graduate or early-career Architect with exposure to multi-residential projects who wants to transition from consultancy into the developer builder environment.

Our client is a well-established developer builder with an impressive pipeline of premium apartment projects across South East Queensland. They're seeking a motivated Design Coordinator who is eager to learn, develop and build a long-term career within the property industry.

Working alongside experienced Development Managers, Design Managers and Construction professionals, you'll receive exceptional mentoring while gaining exposure to every stage of the development and construction process.

The Opportunity

n

This is an entry-level Design Coordinator role where you'll support the design team and play an integral part in delivering high-quality residential developments.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Reviewing architectural and subcontractor shop drawings.
n
- Managing RFIs and design documentation.
n
- Assisting with buildability reviews and design coordination throughout construction.
n




- Working closely with site teams to resolve design issues.
n
- Supporting senior team members across multiple live projects.
n

About You

n

You'll ideally have:

n
- A degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
n
- Exposure to multi-residential projects within an architectural practice.
n
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
n
- A collaborative approach and strong communication skills.
n
- A genuine interest in construction, development and design management.
n
- The ambition to build a long-term career with a developer builder.
n
