About the Role:n

This will be a contractor position for an initial 6-month period with the possibility of extension. You will be based in the CBD, working in a hybrid working arrangement. My client is looking for an immediate start.

In this role, you will:n

n
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives;
n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and oversee implementation;
n
- Manage project resources, budgets, and timelines effectively;
n
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project success and stakeholder satisfaction;
n
- Provide training and support to internal teams, fostering adoption of ServiceNow solutions.
n

About You:n

The ideal candidate will have:

n

n
- Solid governance expertise and excellent ability with managing third party vendor partnerships;
n
- Extensive experience in managing ServiceNow projects, including successful implementations and integrations;
n
- Prior working experience within the telecommunications industry;
n
- Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) processes and best practices;
n
- Excellent leadership and communication skills,



with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels;
n
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering quality outcomes on time and within budget;
n
- Relevant certifications, such as PMP or ITIL, are highly desirable.
