Job Description

n

Reporting to the General Manager, the Rooms Division Manager will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day leadership of the property, overseeing the rooms division while supporting broader operational excellence.

n

This is a highly visible, guest-facing leadership position requiring someone who thrives in a hands-on setting and enjoys building strong relationships with both guests and team members.

n

Initially responsible for Front Office, Housekeeping and Reservations, the role will also work closely alongside Food & Beverage leadership to ensure a seamless guest journey across the property.

n

Key responsibilities include:

- Lead and develop the Front Office, Housekeeping and Reservations teams.
n
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through a personalised, service-led approach.
n
- Support operational performance across all accommodation functions.
n
- Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and senior leadership.

- Drive team engagement, service standards and continuous operational improvement.

Candidate Profile

n

You are a passionate hospitality professional with a strong background in rooms operations and a genuine commitment to personalised guest service.

n

You enjoy leading from the front, are comfortable wearing multiple hats, and excel within boutique or lifestyle hospitality environments where every guest interaction matters.

n

This opportunity would suit an experienced Rooms Division Manager or an ambitious Front Office Manager ready to take the next step within a high-quality operation.

You will bring:

- Proven leadership experience within boutique hotels, luxury accommodation or premium hospitality environments.
n
- Strong operational knowledge across Front Office, Housekeeping and Reservations.
n
- A genuine passion for delivering intuitive, personalised guest experiences.
n
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
- The flexibility and resilience to thrive in a regional hospitality environment.
n
- Food & Beverage exposure will be highly regarded but is not essential.
