Complete Steering Australia services and supplies the heavy vehicle commercial steering industry, located in the centre of Laverton North's transport hub on Fitzgerald Road.

We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse & Parts Team Member to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, delivering, and dispatching parts and products accurately and efficiently. You will also provide support with parts enquiries, processing orders, and invoicing as required, helping to ensure excellent service for our customers and smooth day-to-day operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

n

Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products

n

Prepare orders for shipment by picking and packing items according to company standards

n

Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records using warehouse management systems

n

Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently

n

Delivering parts orders

n





Ensure proper handling and storage of products to prevent damage or spoilage

n

Assist with parts enquiries, orders and invoicing when required

n

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

n

Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures

n

Skills & Experience

n

Experience in a warehouse or parts role within the heavy vehicle or manufacturing sector is highly regarded

n

Ability to lift and move heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment

n

Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory

n

Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team

n

Forklift licence preferred but not essential

n
