Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our operations and team.

About the Role

n

This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for managing daily production, staff, and product flow across manufacturing and dispatch.

n

You will oversee operations from raw material intake through to finished goods, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and food safety requirements are consistently met.

n

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and lead the production team
n
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations
n
- Staff supervision, training, and rostering
n
- Inventory and stock control management
n
- Coordinate inbound raw materials and outbound finished goods
n
- Maintain food safety, GMP, and hygiene standards
n
- Drive efficiency, productivity,



and continuous improvement
n
- Ensure operational targets and deadlines are achieved
n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or Supervisor in bakery manufacturing environments
n
- Qualified Scratch Mixes & Time Dough Baker
n
- Robust leadership and team management skills
n
- Experience in fast-paced production environments
n
- Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations
n
- Understanding of HACCP, GMP, and food safety systems
n
- Strong organisational and problem-solving ability
n
- Hands-on, proactive leadership style
n
- Ability to work early morning shifts
n
