The Role

Working within a collaborative payroll function, you'll be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll while providing outstanding support to employees across the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

End-to-end payroll processing
n
Managing payroll queries and providing exceptional customer service
n
Processing new starters, terminations and employee changes
n
Award and Enterprise Agreement interpretation
n
Payroll reconciliations and reporting
n
Ensuring compliance with payroll legislation and company policies
n
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the payroll team
n
About You
n
You'll bring:
n
Previous experience as a Payroll Officer
n
Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation
n
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
n
The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
n
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
n
Experience with large ERP or payroll systems will be highly regarded
