Job Description

E4 People is seeking a Regional Quality Specialist for NSW to lead quality improvement across a portfolio of residential aged care homes. You will collaborate with Care Managers, General Managers and the Quality Improvement Manager to strengthen governance, compliance and continuous improvement.

The role offers autonomy, variety and the chance to drive resident outcomes NSW-wide, with 1 day per week work from home and fully expensed travel across NSW.
