Job Description

BAKE'D Sydney is seeking a Head Pastry Chef to lead our central production kitchen in Sydney, NSW. This hands-on leadership role focuses on producing premium pastries, cakes, desserts and baked goods while building productive systems for a multi-site operation.

You will oversee daily production, recipe standardisation, scheduling, inventory, and team development, driving quality, cost control and continuous improvement across locations.
