Job Description

We are seeking an Electronic Security Technician Apprentice to join our growing team in the role of Security Technician/Installer. You will work alongside skilled technicians across commercial and residential sites, installing electronic security systems including alarms, CCTV, access control, and intercom systems.

We are a professional electronic security company based in Sydney, working across a wide range of Government, Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Strata, and Residential sites. Due to strong growth, we are looking for motivated applicants with the skills, experience, and licences outlined below.

Duties:

n

n
- Cable, install, and service alarm systems
n
- Cable, install, and service commercial access control systems
n
- Cable, install, and service CCTV systems
n
- Cable, install, and service intercom systems
n

n

Experience:

n

Minimum 1–2 years' experience in electronic security, electrical, trade/labourer or data cabling preferred but not essential

n

Qualifications:

n

n
- WHS White Card (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Experience using hand and power tools
n
- Current Class 2B & 2C Security Licence (or ability to obtain, subject to eligibility and criminal history check)




n
- Open cabling registration (desirable but not essential)
n
- Working with children check WWCC (or willingness to obtain)
n
- National Police check NCCHC (or willingness to obtain)
n
