Job Description

Primo are looking for a Maintenance Fitter to join our dedicated onsite team in Chullora. You will directly contribute to the reliability, safety and efficiency of our production lines through proactive, planned maintenance.

This role offers an opportunity for work/life balance with no rotating roster. Choose the shift that works for you:

n

Day shift:Monday to Friday, approximately 6:00am - 2:30pm

n

Afternoon shift:Monday to Friday, approximately 2.30pm - 11:00pm

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment
n
- Complete activities for production startups and/or shutdown
n
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis with automation technicians and engineering
n
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
n
- Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and general mechanical tasks
n
- Work with our planners and automation technicians to ensure lines are productive and productive every day
n

What You'll Bring

- Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade (or equivalent)
n
- Food manufacturing or industrial industry experience (preferred)
n
- Technical expertise on process/packaging equipment and pneumatic systems
n
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
n
- Motivated, proactive and safety-conscious attitude
n
