Beveridge Williams is seeking anexperiencedTraffic Engineerto join ourteam in Malvern. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a lead role inland development and infrastructure projectsat acompany renowned for its supportive, people-first culture. You will work with asmall passionate, collaborative team to deliver innovative traffic engineeringsolutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships withexisting key Beveridge Williams' clients, local authorities, and industrystakeholders
n
- Develop (or direct the development) of conceptplans, and traffic signal plans for road and intersection infrastructure.
n
- Prepare detailed traffic and transport impactassessments for various projects and recommend appropriate treatments orimprovements.
n
- Apply a safety-first lens for all users on allprojects
n
- Proactively manage traffic/transport risks atall stages of a project stages, balancing competing interests, such as thosefrom other engineering disciplines, Authority approvals, requiredinfrastructure works etc.
n
- Work closely with our planning, engineeringand urban design teams to deliver a cohesive product that meets the clientsneeds and leads to best project outcomes

Required Skills and Experience:
n
n
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineeringor similar with 2+ years relevant industry experience (preferably within aengineering design consultancy environment)
n
- Sound understanding of the traffic andtransport landscape, with particular experience in land development andinfrastructure fields.
n
- Ability to undertake detailed assessments ofprojects to determine statutory traffic and transport requirements and assessthe impacts of proposed developments.
n
- Skilled in AutoCAD, AutoTurn, MicroStation andSIDRA for design and analysis
n
- Ability to be agile and adjust priorities tocomplete tasks and meet deadlines.
n
- A collaborate team member that can contributeeffectively work in a team.
