Job Description

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who lives and breathes fashion design. As a Senior Designer for Sneaky Link (our in-house brand), you'll play a key role in creating collections that are commercial, trend-driven and unmistakably Sneaky Link. From concept development and trend forecasting through to fittings and final product sign-off, you'll work closely with the founders to bring each collection to life.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Trend Forecasting

n

n
- Conduct global trend research across fashion, colour, fabrics, silhouettes and emerging consumer behaviour
n
- Monitor competitors and the wider fashion landscape to identify opportunities for innovation
n
- Build seasonal inspiration, mood boards and trend presentations to guide collection direction
n

Design & Range Development

n

n
- Design commercially strong collections that align with the Sneaky Link aesthetic and customer
n
- Develop seasonal range plans and product assortments across multiple categories
n
- Create detailed design briefs and collaborate with technical teams to ensure design intent is achieved
n
- Ensure every product balances trend relevance, quality, wearability and commercial performance
n

Product Development & Fit

- Lead fittings and provide clear feedback to refine fit, proportion and construction
n
- Review samples to ensure they meet brand quality and design standards
n




- Work closely with the product development team to ensure designs are executed accurately from concept through to final sample
n
- Continuously refine products to deliver the best possible customer experience
n
- Partner with the Creative and Marketing teams on campaign concepts, moodboards and launch direction
n
- Support photoshoots by ensuring styling, product selection and collection storytelling align with the brand vision
n
- Maintain consistency across every customer touchpoint, from product through to campaign imagery
n

Team & Brand Leadership

- Collaborate with the design team, encouraging creativity, innovation and high standards
n
- Help evolve and strengthen the Sneaky Link aesthetic as the brand continues to grow
n
- Contribute ideas that push the brand creatively while remaining commercially focused
n

Ideal Candidate

n

n
- 5+ years' experience in a senior fashion design role
n
- Robust understanding of trend forecasting, garment construction and product development
n
- Proven experience designing commercially successful collections
n
- Exceptional taste with a deep understanding of contemporary women's fashion
n
- Confident leading fittings and making product decisions
n
- Highly organised, proactive and collaborative
n
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and comfortable working across Notion, Slack and Google Workspace
n
