We're on the lookout for a passionate and reliable Food & Domestic Assistant to help us deliver exceptional food and cleaning services across our organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team that genuinely cares — about each other, and about the people we serve.

What You'll Be Doing

n

In this wide-ranging and rewarding role, you'll be the backbone of our support services team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

n

- Carrying out all food delivery and cleaning services activities throughout the organisation
n
- Ensuring food and cleaning services uphold best practices and MDHS values
n
- Problem solving with initiative, flexibility, and great attention to detail
n
- Providing excellent customer service to MDHS teams and external consumers
n
- Communicating effectively across all levels of the organisation
n
- Managing your time efficiently while working both independently and collaboratively with others
n

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who is motivated, adaptable, and ready to hit the ground running. To be successful in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:

- Excellent communication and time management abilities

- The capability to work autonomously as well as part of a close‐knit team

- Availability across 7 days a week — ideal, but not essential
