Skills and Experience

- Experience working in industrial and/or restaurant kitchens

- A passion for food and kitchen operations

- Exceptional understanding of food safety guidelines and practices

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with ingredient preparation in the kitchen
n




- Use our state‐of‐the‐art processing machines
n
- Maintain adequate inventory levels and conduct regular inventory counts
n
- Ensure critical standards of product quality, daily food safety and sanitation
n
- Role‐model and reinforce FISHBOWL's people and culture standards.
