Job Description

Healthproof Physio is seeking an organised, proactive administration coordinator to join the team. You will manage client onboarding, intake, and documentation, ensuring a smooth start to services and accurate records in Zoho CRM and Cliniko.

You will liaise with clients, families, referrers, and clinicians, coordinating service agreements, renewals, and appointments. A adaptable, support-driven role with quarterly onsite meetings in Sydney.
