As aProperty Manageryou'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are well maintained, beautifully presented to meet the expectations of both owners and guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver Outstanding Property Care: From inspections, repairs, maintenance, presentation you'll ensure every property is kept in excellent condition.
n
- Develop Solid Owner Relations: In this role you will be a direct point of contract for property owners. You will develop trustworthy, strong and lasting relationships.
n
- Vendor Management:



Effectively manage a wide range of contractors/trades people to ensure specialised repairs, maintenance and services are conducted and as needed.
n
- Enhance Client Experiences: Manage the experience of in-house owners and guests alike by handling their requests, issues or disputes.
n

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in property management, preferably in short-term rentals.
n
- Exceptional people skills with the ability to build and maintain strong local relationships.
n
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple properties, priorities, and tasks.
n
- Experience conducting property related repairs.
n
- A growth mindset with the ability to spot opportunities to improve property presentation and performance.
n

- Current Driver's License
