FRESHWATER — EARLY CHILDHOOD PROFESSIONALS

We are looking to expand our team of Early Childhood professionals, and as such we are seeking creative, like-minded educators to join our service in the following permanent roles:

n

- Saltbush Toddler Room(15 x 2-3 Year Olds / 4 x Qualified Educators)
n

n

In these roles, you will:

n

n
- Observe children's learning and development, which will allow you to contribute collaboratively alongside the team to plan, implement and reflect upon consistent routines & rituals, and cutting-edge, inquiry-based learning experiences
n
- Work side-by-side with a collaborative team — a shared approach where every educator/teacher's voice is heard, valued and respected as part of our team
n
- Support all children and their families across the service to feel a strong sense of belonging, and contribute to a positive, respectful, professional team
n
- Enjoy regular outdoor learning adventures, swimming lessons, and build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
n

n

What you'll bring

n

This role is open to both recent graduates and experienced early childhood professionals.

n

You will hold (or be working towards) aDiploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education. You'll also have a validNSW Working with Children CheckandFirst Aid Certificatein an education and care setting.

n

Please note: Due to travel considerations, this role best suits educators living locally. We welcome applications from nearby Northern Beaches suburbs and surrounding areas.
