With a growing pipeline of work, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead projects from commencement through to successful completion.

The Role As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
n Key responsibilities include:

- Managing and coordinating all on-site construction activities
n
- Leading subcontractors and site teams
n
- Driving project programme outcomes and milestones
n
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements
n
- Managing site logistics and stakeholder relationships
n
- Coordinating with Project Managers, Contract Administrators, and consultants
n




- Maintaining strong communication with clients and project stakeholders
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

n

n
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects within Australia
n
- Demonstrated delivery experience on projects valued above $15 million
n
- Ideally, exposure to institutional projects such as education, health, community, government, or similar sectors
n
- Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
n
- Excellent understanding of Australian construction methodologies, regulations, and safety practices
n
- Ability to drive programme outcomes while maintaining high-quality standards
n
- Stable employment history with reputable commercial builders
n
