Job Description

OSW Group is hiring a Chief People Officer to unify and lead a global People function. Based in Sydney, you will shape the group's people architecture, lead a small global team, and align HR with expansion and business priorities across markets.

You will partner with the CEO and CFO on commercial decisions, develop workforce plans, and drive payroll accuracy, compliance, and analytics across jurisdictions. This is a strategic executive role with broad scope.
