We're seeking a confident Leasing Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves helping residents find their perfect home.

The Opportunity

You'll be working onsite within a beautiful, high-end apartment building, supported by an experienced property management and administration team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys client interaction, leasing success, and being part of a professional community-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Conduct apartment inspections and convert enquiries into leases
n
- Build strong relationships with prospective residents
n
- Support leasing campaigns and occupancy targets
n
- Manage leasing enquiries across phone,



email, and walk-ins
n
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
n
- Deliver an exceptional resident experience from first enquiry to move-in
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Experience in real estate, property, leasing, sales, or customer service
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
n
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate
n
- Minimum 4 years real estate experience
n
