We are seeking an experienced Casual Client Stylist to join our James St boutique, someone who brings confidence, warmth, and a strong understanding of client-focused selling.

About the Role

n

As a Client Experience Stylist, you will play a key role in delivering a high-touch, personalised client experience, while contributing to the store's commercial success.

n

- Build genuine, long-term relationships with clients by owning your VIP base.
n
- Deliver thoughtful, personalised styling experiences.
n
- Support clienteling and new customer acquisition through local community activations.
n
- Consistently contribute to sales performance through key retail metrics (ATV, conversion, units per sale)
n
- Take ownership of individual sales results and client retention.
n
- Assist with in-store events, appointments, and brand moments.
n
- Contribute to a strong, collaborative and high-performing team environment.

About You

- Previous experience in premium or luxury retail, real estate, marketing, styling, or client-facing environments.
n
- A natural ability to connect with clients and build trust.
n
- Confidence working with a premium, often mature and affluent customer base.
n
- Sales and KPI-driven, with a explicit understanding of how to deliver results.
n
- Comfortable being accountable to individual and store performance.
n
- Polished, professional, and detail-oriented.
n
- A proactive and team-oriented mindset.
n
