Full-Time Wholesale Gourmet Delivery Driver - Join the Mount Zero Olives Team!

Location: West Sunshine, VIC

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm

Mount Zero Olives is a proudly family-owned business committed to sustainable farming and high-quality Australian produce. Based in West Sunshine, we supply some of Victoria's best restaurants, retailers, and households with premium olives, oils, and grains.

We're looking for a full time Delivery Driver who understands the food and hospitality industry to join our close-knit and passionate team. If you're reliable, upbeat, and have a genuine "can-do" attitude, we'd love to hear from you!

About the Role

n

You'll be the friendly face of Mount Zero on the road, delivering to our valued customers across metro Melbourne and regional areas. With the help of our route-mapping software, you'll complete 30-40 concentrated deliveries daily. Once your run is complete, you'll occasionally assist the warehouse team to keep things moving smoothly.

n

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a bit of variety in their day, has had previous links to the hospitality industry and takes pride in being efficient, helpful, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Safely and efficiently deliver orders to restaurants, retailers,



and residential customers
n
- Load and pack your vehicle each morning from 8:00am
n
- Follow daily run sheets and use routing software to optimise your deliveries
n
- Share customer feedback and delivery insights with the team
n
- Assist in the warehouse when deliveries are complete or as needed
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Exceptional communication and inter-personal skills
n
- Previous experience in delivery driving and/or warehouse operations
n
- Manual driver's licence (essential)
n
- Forklift licence (Desired)
n
- Familiarity with Melbourne's suburbs and roads
n
- Physically capable of lifting boxes up to 25kg
n
- Self-motivated and dependable with a positive outlook
n
- Experience with production or inventory systems (preferred but not essential)
n
- Background in food wholesale or hospitality (a bonus!)
n
