Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Coordinate procurement processes, purchase orders, invoices, and project documentation.
n
- Maintain project registers, reports, and governance documentation.
n
- Act as a key coordination point between project teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
n
- Assist with contractor onboarding, stakeholder engagement, meetings, workshops, and project communications.
n
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across project systems and processes.
n

About You

n





We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual who is keen to learn, grow, and build their projects career.

n

You will bring:

n

n
- 2-5 years' experience in a Project Officer, Project Coordinator, or Project Support role.
n
- Experience supporting projects within construction, infrastructure, resources, engineering, mining, or related industries.
n
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
n
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
n
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks and continuously improve processes.
n
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
n

Essential Requirement

Due to the nature of the project and stakeholder requirements, Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is essential.
