Gather by Cater Care is seeking a qualified and motivated Chef to join our education site in Gatton. You'll play a key role in preparing fresh, nutritious meals for students and staff while maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and food safety.

This role is ideal for a reliable chef who enjoys working in a quick-paced kitchen and takes pride in delivering consistently excellent food.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and present fresh, high-quality meals
n
- Support high-volume and bulk meal production
n
- Maintain a clean, safe and efficient kitchen
n
- Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace health & safety standards
n
- Deliver excellent customer service while working collaboratively with the kitchen team
n

Your Background

n

n




- Previous experience as a Chef in a commercial kitchen
n
- Bulk catering or education sector experience is highly regarded
n
- Strong organisation, communication and time management skills
n
- Reliable team player with a commitment to quality and food safety
n

n

Requirements

n

Successful applicants must be able to obtain or hold a valid Working with Children Check.
