Job Description
An established organisation operating in a highly regulated industry is seeking an experiencedLearning Management System (LMS) Managerto oversee the administration, governance and continuous improvement of its enterprise learning platform.This role sits within the People & Culture function and is responsible for ensuring the learning platform operates efficiently, supports compliance obligations and delivers an exceptional user experience across a large and diverse workforce. Working closely with Learning, Talent, Compliance and key business stakeholders, you'll play a critical role in maintaining learning operations while driving ongoing system optimisation.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Manage the day-to-day administration of the organisation's enterprise Learning Management System (LMS).
n
- Configure and maintain learning pathways, assignments, user groups, notifications and system permissions.
n
- Administer mandatory and compliance training programs, ensuring accurate completion tracking and audit-ready reporting.
n
- Investigate and resolve system, access and data issues by identifying root causes across integrated business systems.
n
- Manage learner access, role-based permissions and organisational data structures to maintain data integrity.
n
- Develop and produce compliance, completion and management reports, ensuring reporting accuracy and meaningful business insights.
n
- Provide first-line support for LMS users, resolving technical issues and coordinating escalations where required.
n
- Coordinate the testing and controlled rollout of new learning content, system enhancements and configuration updates.
n
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve learning processes, governance and platform performance.
n
- Maintain system documentation, operating procedures and administration guidelines.
n
- Support ongoing system enhancements, integrations and future technology initiatives.
n

- Demonstrated experience administering an enterprise Learning Management System.
n
- Strong understanding of learning administration, user management and compliance training.
n
- Experience managing learning assignments, user permissions and organisational hierarchies within an LMS.
n
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve system and data issues.
n
- Experience building and interpreting learning and compliance reports.
n
- Understanding of learning content standards such as SCORM or xAPI.
n
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
n
- High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and governance.
n
n
Highly Regarded
n
n
- Experience working in a regulated industry such as financial services, insurance or healthcare.
n
- Exposure to HRIS or enterprise system implementations, integrations or migrations.
n
- Experience supporting both internal employees and external users or partner networks.
n
- Knowledge of digital learning content development and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
