Are you passionate about helping organisations embrace cloud technologies and transform the way they work? We're seeking an experienced Manager - Cloud Change & Adoption to play a pivotal role in a major cloud transformation initiative.

This is a unique prospect to influence enterprise-wide change by partnering with technology leaders, driving adoption of modern delivery practices, and embedding cloud-ready ways of working across a complex ICT environment.

About the Role

n

As the Manager - Cloud Change & Adoption, you will lead the organisational adoption of cloud capabilities by developing change strategies, fostering collaboration across technical teams, and ensuring new ways of working are successfully embedded.

n

Working closely with senior leadership, program teams, and stakeholders, you'll help shape cloud foundations, improve operational maturity, and enable teams to maximise the value of cloud technologies.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead cloud change and adoption initiatives across complex enterprise technology environments.
n
- Champion modern, cloud-ready ways of working aligned with Agile, Product, and DevOps principles.
n
- Partner with technology leaders to identify, implement, and embed process improvements.
n
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to drive collaboration and alignment.
n
- Develop communication, training, and adoption strategies that build organisational capability.
n




- Work alongside Change and Release teams to establish effective governance and cloud operating practices.
n
- Provide strategic advice and recommendations to executive stakeholders on cloud transformation opportunities.
n
- Measure adoption outcomes and continuously improve change initiatives through data-driven insights.
n

About You

n

You are a strategic change leader who thrives on bringing people, processes, and technology together. You can influence at all levels, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and translate transformational initiatives into practical, sustainable outcomes.

n

You'll bring:

n

n
- Proven experience leading technology change, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise adoption initiatives.
n
- Experience working across traditional IT operations, service management, cloud, Agile, Product, and modern delivery environments.
n
- Strong knowledge of organisational change, governance, process improvement, and transformation.
n
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and workshop delivery skills.
n
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
n
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills with the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
n




- Experience preparing executive-level reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
n
- Understanding of project, program, and change management methodologies, including Agile and iterative delivery.
n

Highly Regarded

n

Experience in any of the following will be advantageous:

- Cloud transformation or cloud implementation programs.
n
- DevOps or DevSecOps environments.
n
- Government or large enterprise ICT environments.
n
- Change management or process improvement certifications.
n
- Agile certifications or related qualifications.
n
