Job Description

You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of our warehouse.
n
You will accurately pick and pack orders, receive and dispatch stock, and maintain high standards of safety and quality to ensure essential health products reach our customers on time.

This role offers a fixed day shift from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, giving you a consistent routine, job security, and your weekends completely free!

What you will do:
n
n
- Pick & Pack Orders: Accurately select and pack customer orders against daily warehouse targets and quality guidelines.
n
- Stock Receiving: Check incoming goods against purchase orders and record stock accurately into our warehouse system.
n
- Dispatch & Couriers: Prepare shipping labels and dispatch documentation for regular and urgent courier deliveries.
n
- Returns & Inventory: Handle product returns according to company policy and participate in regular spot checks and stocktakes.
n
- Forklift & Safety: Safely operate warehouse equipment (including forklifts) following speed and safety guidelines.
n
- Team Operations: Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to maintain a safe, clean, and organised workplace.
n

About you
n
We are looking for a reliable, hard-working, and safety-focused team player who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and takes pride in getting orders right the first time.

Skills & Experience
n
n
- Experience: Previous experience in pick-packing, dispatch, or general warehousing is preferred.
n
- System Knowledge: Basic computer skills with experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
n
- Core Skills: High attention to detail, order accuracy, good communication, and basic problem-solving skills.
n
- Tickets & Licenses: No tickets are required for this role, however a valid Forklift Licence would be fantastic!
n
- Shift Availability: Full availability to work Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
n
- Key Requirements: Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
n
