We are seeking a commercially minded FP&A; Analyst to join our Group Finance team at our South Yarra headquarters.

The Opportunity
n
Reporting to the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, this role will support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and strategic analysis across the GURNERTM Group.
n
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across finance, sales and project teams, contributing to executive and board reporting while helping enhance our financial models, dashboards and planning processes.
n
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated finance professional to gain broad commercial exposure and progressively take ownership of key FP&A; processes within a rapid-growing and dynamic business.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Support monthly management reporting across the Group, including P&L;, balance sheet and cashflow analysis.
n
- Assist with executive and board reporting, providing clear commentary on key performance drivers.
n
- Support annual budgeting and reforecasting processes across multiple business units.
n
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and enhance reporting through AI-enabled tools.
n
- Perform detailed sales,
operational and strategic financial analysis.
n
- Build and improve Excel-based financial models and reporting tools.
n
- Partner with stakeholders across finance, sales and development to provide meaningful commercial insights.
n
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, systems and data quality.
n

About You
n
n
- CA or CPA qualified.
n
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability.
n
- Experience developing dashboards and analysing data in Power BI.
n
- Strong understanding of P&L;, balance sheet and cashflow reporting.
n
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.
n
- Highly analytical, curious and commercially minded.
n
- Confident communicating financial insights to a range of stakeholders.
n
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
n
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced and evolving environment.
n
- Property development, real estate or membership-based business experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.
n
