Senior Agile Delivery Manager (Release Train Engineer)

Gladwin Partners seeking an experienced Senior Agile Delivery Manager (Release Train Engineer) to lead delivery across a large-scale Agile Release Train (ART) within a complex enterprise environment. This is an initial 12 month contract with a 12-month extension option.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, Product Management, Product Owners and Agile delivery teams, you'll drive the successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives by facilitating PI Planning, removing cross-team impediments, managing dependencies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead delivery across an Agile Release Train (ART).
n
- Plan and facilitate PI (Big Room) Planning and key SAFe ceremonies.
n
- Coordinate multiple Agile teams to achieve program objectives.
n
- Identify and resolve cross-team risks, dependencies and delivery impediments.
n
- Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners and delivery teams in Agile and Lean practices.
n
- Monitor delivery progress, maintain transparency and support continuous improvement.
n
- Build strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
n
- Champion modern software delivery practices, including automation and AI-enabled development.

About You

n

n
- 10+ years' experience delivering large-scale Agile programs or digital transformation initiatives.
n
- Extensive experience in Agile delivery leadership roles such as Agile Delivery Manager, Delivery Lead, Program Delivery Manager or Release Train Engineer.
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills.
n
- Experience coordinating multiple Agile teams within enterprise environments.
n
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, risks and dependencies.
n
- SAFe certification (RTE, Leading SAFe, Scrum Master or similar) is highly regarded.
n
- Experience working within large government or enterprise organisations will be highly regarded.
